CONDRON CONCRETE COMMISSIONED TO SUPPLY SERPENTINE SCULPTURE

Condron Concrete Commissioned to Supply Serpentine Sculpture, in Hyde Park, London

The Mexican Architect who designed the Sculpture, Frida Escobedo, requested 10,500 roof-tiles with four holes to be embedded in each piece. The finished Pavilion, composed of a lattice of concrete roof tiles is designed to diffuse the view out into Hyde park and produce a vibrant mix of greens and blues from within. The Kensington Garden Sculpture runs from the 15th June to October 2018.
